Families of Israeli Hostages Decide to Kidnap Israeli Ministers to Strike Hostage Swap Deal with Hamas

Giloud Balabit, the military spokesman for the Asrak (“Your Hostages”) battalion, has announced that the group, which consists exclusively of the families of Israeli hostages held by Hamas, has decided to “take up armed resistance to rescue missing family members. It’s a kind of jihad.”

Balabit said that the group, founded after the first failed round of negotiations, is set to kidnap the Ministers of Energy and Foreign Affairs and present them to Hamas in exchange for their missing family members, whom Prime Minister Netanyahu insists will be found in Khan Yunis in this ninth month of war.
