The EU reassured Afghan citizens Friday that the bloc will not abandon them like America, which forced them to cling on to the wings and wheels of a plane before falling to their deaths, and will instead send them a plane with large wings and comfortable handles on the wheels to carry as many of them as possible far away from Kabul airport.

The bloc said in a written statement that was dropped on the capital from military planes that it will send the specially designed, modern plane with the intent of offering Afghans a comfortable and exciting flight in the minutes before they fall to their deaths on the way to the promised shores of Europe.

The plane is designed with large wings to accommodate as many civilians as possible, unlike the interior which will only be able to carry the flight crew, a few hundred European citizens, and a few hundred cases of beer.

The statement said the plane will carry delicious meals that will be distributed to the Afghans including Caesar salads and potato chips that will be distributed through small openings in the hull to maintain social distancing.
