AlHudood is an independent media organisation, not affiliated with any political party or government. We receive grants from organisations that are aligned with our vision and individuals who uphold our independence and never interfere with our editorial process.
In our pursuit of financial independence and sustainability, AlHudood aims to diversify its revenue streams, which is why we’re launching a membership programme that streamlines the support of like-minded individuals, and we’re starting multiple content production projects in collaboration with organisations that share our goals, and offer web development and maintenance services to other independent media organisations in the region.
Until we become fully financially independent, AlHudood relies on support from donor organisations, like Open Society Foundations, the DOEN Foundation, and Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung.
We’ve previously collaborated with the European Union, through CFI, and received grants from the European Endowment for Democracy, and collaborated with Heinrich Böll Stiftung.
These organisations cover parts of our operational costs, but we still need your support to grow our team and be able to cover more topics and issues across the region.
Content published by AlHudood doesn’t necessarily reflect the opinions or values of supporting organisations.
